Shipping and delevery informations:
Deleveries are made by DICOM, PUROLATOR, FEDERAL EXPRESS TRAIN, UPS and CANADA POST. ALL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE AT THE EXPENSES OF THE CUSTOMER. Back order policy:
We are trying our best to shipp 99.9% of taken orders, but sometimes back orders happens. We will do our best to deliver your parts as soon as possible. However if the part is not available, we will make every attempt to find you an aceptable replacement part, or if you rather wish to await the original part, we will keep your order open for 60 days. In the event wich the manufacturer cannot provide the part ordered within 60 days, our agent will will contact you to cancel your order. At this point, our agent will assist you re-ordering the part or finding an acceptable substitute.
Return policy:
In no case LemieuxPerformanceRacing will pay the expenses caused by a returned part. Any expenses of good's return will be the client's responsability. To proceed a return, please communicate with us by phone at (514) 640-5019 to obtain your RETURN NUMBER. NO credit or refund will be given for returns wich do not have a RETURN NUMBER. 1. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE NEW, UNUSED PARTS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. These must be in "re-saleable" conditions and must have been "in-stock" items. Sorry, but there are NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER PARTS, installed parts or mounted wheels. Please verify offset and fitting before mounting tires on wheels.
2. Returns MUST be processed within 15 days of the shipping date on your original order. Warranties some parts carry a munufacturer warranty. If you have questions regarding this, please contact our customer service department. We can assist you in reaching the manufacturer. Damaged parts please inspect your parts immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier our agents within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellation policy:
It is possible within 24 hours prior to your order, except, the special orders. The cancellation will be accepted only by telephone at (514) 640-5019. In the case the order is already on delivery, the expenses of delivery and of return will be in the expenses of the customer.In no case LemieuxPerformanceRacing will pay freight expenses.
